T&B e associati S.r.l. is a private limited company that offers services to private companies and public entities targeted to research project support, management and technical assistance in the field of Structural Funds, Regional National and EU grants. TBA carries out the following services within the spectrum of RTD+I activities:


a) scenario studies and technological auditing;

b) project design & project management for the preparation of research, technical and economic transnational cooperation projects involving SMEs and Public Entities;

c) support for access to special regional funding for the creation of R&D structures;

d) full scientific and technical management of R&D structures and / or projects;

e) technology transfer and technical assistance for business development, technological and internationalisation investments; support to spin-off initiatives from academia, implementation of collaboration/transfer agreements and joint-ventures including dissemination and commercialisation of project results (publications, search for co-operations partners and distributors, etc).


TBA is in charge of the KeyToNature project management providing legal and financial support to the consortium. TBA is involved in the development business model and in planning and supporting dissemination activities.

TBA is located in AREA Science Park in Trieste and takes care of the project management of K2N project.
