Adding Events
To add an event, create a new page and add the Events template to it (copy it from any similar event: Open the existing event in edit mode and use the clipboard to copy the source text into your new page). The Template will automatically add the [[Category:Event]] used to find all events, and the fields in the template will be displayed in the table in News & Events.
Moving Expired Events into the Archive
If a an event has expired, please add [[Category:Archive]] at the bottom of the event page. The event will then no longer be shown in the main Event list, but will be listed in the Archive of past events instead.
