Exchange Formats

The "Exchange Formats" in the Resource Metadata Exchange Agreement is currently primarily used to specify exchange formats for the data used by software packages like identification tools.
Examples are:
- DELTA
- SDD1.0, SDD1.1
- NEXUS
- SybaseDB
- FilemakerDB
- AccessDB
- Excel97-2003, Excel2007
- Tab-separated-values
- Comma-separated-values
These values are freely extensible, but the values above should be used where possible.
