BHL-Europe Kick Off Meeting

Dr. Gregor Hagedorn (JKI) participated at Kick-off Meeting of the Biodiversity Heritage Library for Europe (BHL Europe), representing K2N. The Meeting took place at the Museum für Naturkunde in Berlin. (Slides of Talk as PDF)
The meeting was held successfully and resulted in new collaboration scenarios with BHL itself, but also with STERNA and Europeana. Sterna provides interesting semantic web technology, in which Key to Nature would like to participate with it WP4. The Key to Nature - BHL Europe use cases were received well by BHL (US) and BHL Europe. Both plan to start specific projects to support these and similar resource-use scenarios.
